La Costa Investment Group, LLC was formed in 2009 and is a Southern California based real estate investment firm, which focuses on the acquisitions of multifamily and industrial assets.

The investment firm was founded by the Managing Principals who seek to provide ethical, professional and forward thinking portfolio acquisition and management.

La Costa Investment Group, LLC invests in key multifamily and industrial properties in one primary, target region, the Southwest (Southern California, Phoenix and Las Vegas).  The Fund's objective is to provide investors with an annual rate of return exceeding the returns (net of fees and expenses) of passively managed real estate portfolios in these sectors, over a four to eight year holding period.  The Investment Manager will seek to achieve this objective by investing in real estate and seeking to realize short and long-term capital gains upon sale and in certain circumstances, tax advantage income from rental revenue during the holding period.
